hi, I have a problem with the latest wordpress update, users who sign up are not able to publish products and the related pages just don’t go out

As you can see in this video , we are using the latest version of wordpress and able to publish products.

It seems like some plugin or theme conflict issue. Kindly deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce WCMp and WCMp add-ons.
If you still face any issue ,then change a default theme like twenty twenty and check your site.
Let us know the test result , we will help you out accordingly.

We can fix this issue on your end. For that please share temporary admin, ftp access.

the logo now works, but the problem still remains that a newly registered seller cannot publish and manage products

We have deactivated all the plugins except Woocommerce and WCMp , and as you can see that the vendor can successfully add products from their dashboard .

@francesco ranno, please make sure you have added the required capability for that membership. For this goto Product>> WCMp Subscription. Then check the capabilities for the product under Memberhsip tab.
