Hello there,
we have got our first live order for rent. We have set 100% commission for our vendors so the vendors are suppose to get full payment. But when the actual transaction took place, the vendor got only 1% of the amount.

We need this to be checked by your end asap as the site is live and we are getting live orders now…

Can you please confirm whether you have set commission amount for any of these options :
– Vendor wise commission
– Category wise
– Membership wise

If all these configuration is blank in case of commission configuration, then please share the screenshot of MultiVendorX commission settings so we can assist you accordingly.

Hello there, Can you please check once again if you have set any other commissions levels(such as product wise, category wise, membership plan wise, vendor wise) set on your end.
Also we logged in to your site and we found out that in the commissions settings the revenue sharing mode is set as Admin commission on your end (https://tinyurl.com/2x98xqhc) so kindly check carefully on your end again and then place an test order to check the flow.

If still you face the same issue please share the vendor whose products are being purchased and commissions are getting calculated wrong so that we can check on your end and help you accordingly.
