  The vendor’s Stripe connect also disconnects when in test mode.
  
  Is there a way for the administrator to keep Stripe connect from the vendor even in test mode?

  Vendor will be connected with the admin’s stripe account in both live and sandbox accounts. Please make sure you have followed our documentation :
  Even still if you are facing this issue, can you please share temporary admin, vendor access so we can check.

  When I log into stripe settings, I see the hyperlink that reads “Disconnect….”. Popeyes Survey Most likely what happened was the vendor was connected in test mode, not live There is also no need to open multiple threads/replies in regards to your issue.

  @sylviareidvqee, do want the vendor to disconnect from sandbox mode and connect the account in live mode?

  We haven’t heard back from for a while.
  We hope this issue is fixed.
