Hello @froztech.com , our team has already replied over the mail for the issue with the API that you were facing on your end.
Now the issue your vendor is facing on the vendor dashboard while uploading an image we are not getting on our end. So kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and ftp access with us so that we can debug the issue on your end and help you accordingly.
While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.
