Unable to delete test data

      I had a bunch of test orders from Stripe Connect and I made the mistake of deleting all orders first from Woocommerce. Now when I go to MultiVendorX -> Commissions, the whole thing gets stuck. Please help me reset everything so Commission is not stuck and everything is working. Tried every SQL query but didn’t work.

      Hi @vassirng, Sorry to hear you’ve encountered an issue. Since those are just test commissions, you can easily delete them by navigating to your admin dashboard → MultiVendorX → Commissions (https://tinyurl.com/ynnnblgb).

      Hi, the problem is that when the Orders are deleted first from WooCommerce, then when I go to MultiVendorX → Commissions, it gets stuck. It doesn’t load anything and gives me an error in the console. If the commissions were loaded, I would remove them.

      Hi @vassirng,Thank you for getting back to us. It appears there may be a conflict with your current theme or another plugin. To confirm this, please try the following steps:

      — Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX.

      — Switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront.

      — Check if the issue still persists.

      If the issue continues, we recommend creating a staging site (a clone of your live site) where the problem can be replicated. Once set up, kindly share the Staging site URL, Temporary admin access, FTP credentials with us.

      This will allow us to investigate the issue further and assist you more effectively.
