      Hi @saurabh.sehgal, please do create a staging site and share the temporary admin, ftp access so we can check.
      While sharing the access don’t forget to mark the response as private.

      @saurabh.sehgal You had not configured the settings for Invoice and hence the issue was coming . I have configured the setting for the invoice and now there is no such issue . Kindly check the video https://watch.screencastify.com/v/9brOrx3zcTmCTHOGFDhg .

      You have deactivated the all the plugin’s. Now All settings and license key’s were missing.
      Is this your solution?
      Unprofessional work not expected.

      Not to worry Saurabh. We simply deactivated theme and plugins on your end . Kindly activate them again . As shared by Moumita it was presumed that you had theme /plugin conflict issue, because all the invoice functionality was working fine on our end . That is why we have requested you to share the access of your staging site . This is our standard debugging process. However we are sorry for the inconvenience we just followed the debugging procedure .

      You have an admin access just check the site right now.
      I have activated all the plugin’s but still not working.
      Debugging means debug the site not destroy the site.

      @saurabh.sehgal, when we disabled all the plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro it was working fine.
      Now as this is not working, that means some plugin has created an issue.

      So you need to first detect which plugin is causing this issue. In order to do so, you have to disable all the plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro. Then enable one plugin at a time and check which one is causing this issue.
