I created registration from on multi vendor x and its not getting save whenever i chanage it returns to default after sometime

Add the below code in the functions.php file of your current active theme the issue on the database will be fixed –

add_action('init', 'fix_mvx_reg_issue');
function fix_mvx_reg_issue(){  
delete_option('mvx_vendor_registration_form_data'); }

Copy

After adding this code, refresh the registration settings page.
After this you can remove the code from the functions.php file.
Please let us know if this fix the database error or not.

no its still same. i can add every field but whenever i add the attachment field it resets to default
