Keymaster@webmaster, We regret to hear about the issues you’re experiencing. We’ve verified the email flow on our end and confirmed that vendors are receiving notifications for new orders and order status updates as expected.
To troubleshoot the issue on your end, please follow these steps:
— Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, and MultiVendorX Pro.
–Install an “Email Log” plugin.
–Test the order placement and processing flow.If the problem persists, please create a staging site that exactly replicates your live site.
Share the Staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access with us.
With this information, we can investigate the issue more thoroughly and provide appropriate assistance.
Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private. -

KeymasterHello There, Our replies are inline with your queries –
— I have loaded an email logger on the system and the new order mail only sends on processing not on pending payment.
>>According to our default process, vendors receive an email notification for new orders when the order status is anything other than Failed, Canceled, or Pending Payment.— We use miniOrange to Sync product from vendor stores. The total number of product on admin dashboard shows over 7000 product but on the vendor listing it shows 0.
>>Since you’re using a third-party plugin for product syncing, it’s difficult for us to assist in resolving the issue as it seems that the issue stems from a conflict with that plugin. Please ensure the third-party plugin is fully compatible with MultiVendorX. Once compatibility is confirmed, the plugin should function correctly alongside MultiVendorX.— When changing the order from pending payment to cancelled you get a “Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_items() on bool
in /home/admin7t701/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mvx-pro/modules/invoice/classes/class-mvx-pdf-invoices-admin.php on line 205”
>> We are able to recreate the issue on our end and we will add a fix for this in our future updates accordingly.
— orders that have been cancelled commissions still remains in the vendors wallet.
>> As soon as an order for a vendor product is placed the vendor commission for that order gets created. Now if you your order gets canceled then you need to delete the vendor commission manually by going to MultiVendorX >> Commissions.
If you have any further query please do let us know. -

ParticipantHi Sangita
Thank you for your replay, The Products display has the same error when doing an import from a CSV into the vendor store on the admin dashboard. What table do you pull that information from. Is it under the author slug or vendor slug.
Kind Regards
Andrew -

KeymasterThank you for sharing the details. It appears that the third-party plugin you’re using for product syncing is not compatible with MultiVendorX, which is likely causing the issue.
To achieve the functionality you need with this plugin, you may need to customize it to ensure compatibility with MultiVendorX.
