I am using the Woodmart theme and I am having difficulties with the vendor’s store, with its appearance:
1. After adding a sidebar, it is much wider than all my other sidebars (all my sidebars are of the same size are set in the theme settings – there are three options for their size) and I don’t know how to fix it correctly because the sadbar is created by your plugin.

2.Sadbar vendor disappears if I go to reviews or Regulatory documents.

3.When you go to reviews or regulatory documents, the “Blog” title appears. Why? how to remove it …

4. When filtering in the sitebar, the window with goods / reviews / regulatory documents changes in size, or moves down. and regardless of whether it will be a category or a subcategory. For filtering, I use the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-ajax-filters/ pro version.

5. I use WPBakery Page Builder plugin and in each demo store I used my store description, hiding the vendor banner with the css code. But after the update, my code is not shown, and I do not understand why this is happening.

6. In the mobile version, the vendor’s saibar (the sidebar that was created by the theme and in which there were filters) opened with an icon (…) at the bottom of the quick access panel (you can see it below in the video: https://disk.yandex.ru/i/45CJz9W673ngcg

But after the update, your sadbar is created, and it automatically rises up under the banner. (it does not collapse, a separate icon (…) with a sliding sidebar is not created by the theme for it) – it looks terrible.

And the layout itself looks sloppy

What to do about it? how can I fix all these questions? I am very upset and glad that the store is not working yet, because if such problems arose on a working site, it would be a disaster.

In WCMp 3.7 we have bought tabular structure so the user doesn’t have to scroll down to see the review, policy etc. Now, it might be related to the theme’s structure conflicting with ours. So, Kindly share the the admin and vendor access (staging site) and FTP access so that our team can debug your site in order to resolve the issue.

hi, please tell me is there any information about my problem with the sidebar and the vendor’s store page?

I habe the same problem. After update on 3.7.1 the vendor shop is “broken” I have no Sidebar und the style for the social icons and the vendor description is very ugly.
I have no custom code!

Hi @Alex Kühn, make sure you have enabled these options :
– Goto WCMp >> Settings >> General and enable the “Enable Store Sidebar” option : https://prnt.sc/11oo4pk
– Then add the widget to WCMp Shop Sidebar : https://prnt.sc/11oo6vw

Hello Moumita, I am back denouncing an issue with my theme developers. Please read their answers. The bottom line is that today I still have one problem that neither I nor the developers of my theme can solve. Unfortunately.

My main problem now is the incompatibility of your sidebar for the vendor’s store page and the mobile version of my theme – the sidebar popup can only see the sidebars that are created using tools inside the theme. (earlier, before the update, this widget worked fine on the vendor’s page). How can I completely disable your sidebar? it seems to me that even when the checkbox is off, it interferes with the display of my old sidebar Main Widget Area. Thank you
