      Hey,
      I just placed an order up upgrade to your Pro version of WooCommerce Product Stock Manager & Notifier

      I am upgrading because I no longer trust your product, and I need to export the surrent subscribers. It recently updated and deleted over 1000 subscribers to one of my products, so I need to export all of the current subscribers so that I don’t experience this again. Since you have now paywalled basic features, I am forced to pay for the service to export the data. I tried emailing the address on the account page, but it gave me the “Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender”.

      Please provide instruction on activating the Pro version in a way that I can export the current subscribers.

      @othermod I’m sorry for the trouble you’ve had with the recent update. I understand how important it is to ensure a smooth transition and keep your subscribers secure.

      I think the issue you are facing on your end is that the subscriber list of the current version is lesser than the subscriber list of 2.0.3.
      Already some of our users have informed us of the same issue and we are glad to inform you that we are able to fix the issue on our end. We Will add the same fix in our next update that will be released by today only. If you want we can share the fixed plugin manually and you can check the same on your end.
      Now, about our Pro version, here you not only get the option to export the subscriber list but also you can filter the subscribers on different attributes like :-
      Date
      Subscriber name
      Unsubscribe and many more.

      Hello, I wanted to check in regarding the previous concern with the exported subscriber list. We’ve implemented a fix for this in our latest update. Could you please confirm whether the latest version has successfully resolved the issue on your end?

        The update successfully restored the deleted subscribers. Thank you for the fix.
        I will now attempt to export the subscribers.

      Actually, it possibly did not restore all of them. I checked the export, and the oldest subscription date is September 18, 2023. This product has been in the works for about 2 years, and I still am not seeing any of the people who signed up prior to September 18, 2023.

      I regret learning about the issue you’re experiencing. Since our data for testing is limited, it would be immensely helpful if you could set up a staging site mirroring your live site and share the staging site URL, temporary admin credentials, and FTP access with us. This will enable us to investigate the problem on your end and provide assistance in resolving the issue.
      Also it will be really great if you can share the exported .sql file of your database with us so that we can check the issue and solve it accordingly.
