Urgent I just installed and enabled the Pro Plugin and says

      Hi,

      I had the free plugin working, but now found my KEY to and downloaded the Pro version and installed. Site in Maintenance mode view.

      I have just installed my Pro version on my client site, and I have activated it, but when I click on settings to add in the API Key, it says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

      Therefore plugin is activated, but it won’t let me get into the Settings and/or add API key or see any settings at all.
      Why would it say “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

      How can I fix this urgently as the website is going live tomorrow night.

      How can I give you access ?

      Running WordPress 5.8 current version.
      I have no caching plugins.

      I actually cannot get the free version working, I didn’t realise I had to have the Free Version activated and then activate the Pro version .. But I get error when activating the free version now.

      Is it actually compatible with WordPress 5.8 latest version ?
      I have had no other issues only intermittent issues with this free plugin, but now the Paid Plugin won’t work either, it activates but won’t allow you to access it.

      And the free plugin won’t activate without error now.

      All plugins activated
      Latest version of WordPress

      Client site is not yet live.
      Going live tomorrow but I have major issue …

      I initially had free Woocommerce catalogue installed on client site I am working on.
      Then I purchased the Pro version.
      Then I deactivated the free version.
      Then activated the Pro Version.

      When I tried to access the SETTINGS of the PRo version it says:
      “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

      So I started googling, Didn’t realise that I had to have the FREE version activated before I activate the PRO version.
      So I activated the Free version again, and keep getting critical error now on wordpress then cannot get back into wp-admin in WordPress with this plugin.

      Then I have to go to FTP and rename that file in plugin area, then I can go back into WordPress admin.
      So now everytime I activate the free plugin, I get a critical error when activating the Woocomemrce Catalogue plugin.

      Not sure how to fix it please

      What can I do as site is going live tomorrow.

      It looks like other people have had this fatal error also when activating the plugin from previous posts.

      Kristin, I have send the issue to our team. they will release a fix soon : https://github.com/wcmarketplace/woocommerce-catalog-enquiry/issues/39

      In the meantime, please share a temporary admin, ftp access so our team can add a fix. While sharing the access don’t forget to mark the response as private.

      Hosting have increased memory limit to 2000MB and that then allowed me to activate the free plugin at least again … But Pro still won’t activate and causes fatal error. Not a memory limit issue with that.

      Hi, So I have disabled all plugins, reactivated each one individually, changed hosting server, and the issue is 150% with your plugin entirely .. ONLY when it is activated (even the free version) is when I have many strange issues – cannot access plugins in backend, cannot access Pages in backend, cannot upload any files in Media etc.

      I have had to remove your plugin completely for now …

      Please advise how to fix the issue ?

      Hi

      Yes sorry I had to disable the access as the website had to go live on Sunday using another plugin.
      Your reply was Monday.

      I will DUPLICATE the website onto my test server so you can investigate properly the issue.

      I will let you know once the TEST server is ready for you.

      Do you have any idea what the issue was on your investigations ?
