      Hi,

      I have the Adv Frontend Manager for the last 4 months. But yesterday it stopped working.

      After a vendor creates attributes, he goes to the Variations tab and tries to generate all variations but the Go button doesn’t work.

        Hi WCMP team,

        It worked. Now I have fixed my issue installing again these two plugins.

      Good morning Camilo,

      Know that I have been with that same problem for several days. If it helps, I have looked for the backup of my hosting in which the creation of variable products still worked, and it works for me.

      The problem is that according to the WCMp technicians, either the theme or some plugin generates the failure. My experience in this regard is that your latest update is not configured properly.

      In fact, I’ve been waiting for several days for an answer to a simple question … what can make the go button not work? According to the WCMp technical service, the theme or some plugin, but I have deactivated all the plugins, except the basic ones (woocommerce, WCMp and AFM), I have changed the theme several times, paying attention to the indications of the WCMp technical service, and it has still not worked, as you can see in my multiple tickets that I sent about it.

      Unfortunately, I think that at the moment they have no solution to give you, and if you insist on it, in the end, I suppose they will stop answering you, as they have unfortunately done with me.

      That said, I hope you can get an operational version from your hosting provider (backup), and that this will solve the problem, but remember, EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE from the operational date of the “Go” button, until today, it will be erased. You should speak with your hosting provider before, and see how to correctly update the backup, in this way you will avoid problems of loss of important information.

      I hope I have helped you, since the WCMp technical service has not (at least for now).

      Acabo de recibir una respuesta del Servicio Técnico de WCMp. En ella, lo que me dicen es que están buscando una solución al problema, pero que deben confirmar que esto mismo les pasa a otros clientes… Pues entonces, entiendo que no tendremos problemas de ahora en adelante, ya que no soy el único al que le pasa. ¿No te parece?.

        Gracias por tus recomendaciones. Instalé de nuevo los plugins desde los enlaces que me envió soporte y me funciona perfectamente.

        Espero puedas solucionar tu problema.
