once a vendor signed up and waiting for admin’s approval, they can actually get into the back end and see the dashboard. Although they can’t actually access it, but the features are already visible!

We always request our user to communicate via single platform or else there is very high chance of information getting lost, if too many threads too many emails and several live chat discussion happens. Bit strange, but team as usual was very supportive and responsive both via chat and email. I think this is for the 7th time, we are asking you for admin access, ftp and video of the issue.

From your website link, we tried registering as new vendor and found no issue. Hence team is continuously asking you for video of the issue + admin and ftp access of staging website to debug further.
