I’m trying to change the commission to a vendor. When I change it and save, pop up message appears saying “Settings saving”. If you exit out of this page the value doesn’t save it reverts back to zero. Could you please fix it?

Now as you are facing the issue, It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX and check again.
If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.
