Hi @barhoom, To add coupons for all products you just need to go to vendor dashboard>>Coupon>>Add coupons,Now scroll down to the coupon data meta box>>Usage restriction, here in the product option there is a button called ‘Select all’. By clicking on that button you can add all the products at one go. Kindly check the video for reference https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wXOMndZAZEacJ53_9ZTfR2T8FLCY2gbz/view?usp=sharing.

If you still face issue please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX and then check the coupon creating flow again. Also switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty three or storefront.
Note- you need to add at least one product or product category(https://prnt.sc/gTdQ7MAG_60M) to publish a coupon successfully. . -

@barhoom As we have shared with you earlier, the flow for adding coupons from the vendor dashboard is working fine on our end.
Now as you are facing issues on your end, kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access of your site with us so that we can check the issue on your end and help you accordingly.
Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private. -

@barhoom you are using WCMP on your end and We no longer provide support for WCMP.
But still it seems like there is some theme/plugin conflict on your end. Just to be sure, kindly deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WCMP on your end and also switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty three.
After that activate the plugins one at a time to identify the culprit. -

@barhoom, before switching themes, first take a back up of your site.
Then, you just need to go to admin Dashboard >> Appearance >> Theme >> Activate the twenty twenty three theme (https://prnt.sc/2GFyblPjzaTf)
If the theme is not installed then from the theme page click on Add new>>Search for twenty twenty>>Install it and then activate the theme on your end. -

and I found that the pages are very slowso please try it in your side

For the vendor dashboard you are using the wrong shortcode. As you are still using WCMP on your end hence kindly use the below shortcode for vendor dashboard –[wcmp_vendor]CopyAlso We no longer give support for WCMP and its addons as WCMP has rebranded itself as MultiVendorX. Hence to upgrade to MultiVendorX Pro You can go for the below options
Option A
We will share MultivendorX Pro (with zero cost)with the module you need. i.e. if you had only Frontend Manager, then you can only use the Frontend Manager Addons feature in the MuliVendorX Pro.
But you can’t update the plugin after this, as this is one-time solution only. But for this you need to have an active subscription and order. If your order has expired then you can’t upgrade to MultiVendorX Pro free of cost. You need to place a new order.
For permanent results, we would request you to purchase MultiVendorX Pro from here https://multivendorx.com/pricing/ and opt for option B
Option BWe will give you a coupon discount based on the month left of your subscription, and you can use MultiVendorX Pro

i.e. if you have purchased Advance Frontend of 100 USD and purchased this on 1st January. Then you have left 2 month in your subscription. So you will get coupon code of 100*2/12 = 16.6 => 17 -
