Hello i do have some questions hope you can assist

1) how do i limit the vendor to only select simple product ? pic 1
2) how can i let every vendor choose his shipping price + method ? pic 2
3) what is Global Addons? pic 3
4) Regarding payment method how can i make it to show cash on delivery as thats the option i selected in woocomerce

>> According to your requirement, go to admin dashboard >> WCMp >> settings >> capabilities >> Select only simple product as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/xpckzr)

2) how can i let every vendor choose his shipping price + method ? pic 2
>> Go to admin dashboard >> Woocommerece >> settings >> shipping >> shipping zone >> select vendor shipping as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/xpcqhe).
Now from the vendor dashboard, vendors can add shipping methods and shipping charges of his choice as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/xpcumm).

3) what is Global Addons? pic 3
>> Can you please share the entire page screenshot so that I can check the same at our end and let you know.

4) Regarding payment method how can i make it to show cash on delivery as thats the option i selected in woocomerce

3) it was a plugin in installed so it is solved
4) i want to show the option in the vendor store settings billing

Also is it possible to add my logo as vendors profile picture if they do not add one? and is the orange background (kindly check pic) editable? can i set it as the vendors uploaded banner?

— The WCMp vendor dashboard billing option is refer how vendor getting paid his commission from the vendor.
If you still need then let us know we will provide hooks and filter for this.

— Wcmp By default sat this image so this is the default image set when a vendor register. If you want to change the default flow the you have to add some custom code on your end.
