Hello, I’m getting a 404 error when clicking through to vendor bookings (Woocommerce Bookings).

Vendors are unable to see their bookings in any way.

I’m guessing it’s a conflict with something else but would love to get some help, thanks!

      Hi @garaj,
Thank you for reaching out to us, and we’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with vendor bookings.
We’ve checked the ‘All Booking’ page on the vendor dashboard from our end and everything is working as expected. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

That said, here are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:
      1. Check Permalink Settings:

Navigate to WP Admin Dashboard >> Settings >> Permalinks

Without making any changes, click “Save Changes” to refresh your permalink structure.

      2. Verify Vendor Endpoints:

Go to MultiVendorX >> Settings >> General

Make sure all the endpoint URLs are properly configured.

If the issue still persists, we kindly request you to set up a staging site that is an exact replica of your live environment. Once the staging site is ready and the issue can be replicated there, please share the following details with us:Staging site URL , Temporary admin access, FTP credentials To help us investigate further.
Also, please grant us the necessary permissions to perform testing on the staging site. This will help us troubleshoot the issue more effectively and provide an appropriate solution.

Make sure to mark your reply as private while sharing the access.

Looking forward to your response !
