I just registered myself as a test vendor and it seems that the dashboard is unresponsive, see video: https://youtu.be/oSnUzMKhATo

Any idea on how to tackle this issue?

Hi, thank you for your query.

It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.

If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.

Thanks for your response. I am using the Bacola theme. I found out that vendors can only use the dashboard when I approve them first.

There is still another problem though, because on the bottom left you can see that the width is too big for something and the menu is going through the dashboard. Is there a way to adjust the width of that area?

>> This is because you might have enabled the option “Approve Vendors Manually” from WCMp > Settings > General
If you want your vendors to access the dashboard instantly after the vendor registration page, then disable this option: see screenshot- https://prnt.sc/26c270s

>> Kindly confirm us if you have disabled all other plugins except for Woocommerce, WCMp, and WCMp addons and also changed the theme to default and then checked.
If the issue still persists then kindly share your admin, ftp access.
Also do not forget to mark the response as private while sharing the access.
