Hi support,

How do we hide an order status for edit so that it is not available for vendor to update it in order details via vendor dashboard? Any help on this would be appreciated thanks

Hello Chris, You just need to go to the admin dashboard>>MultiVendorX>>Settings>>Orders, here simply enable the option ‘order status control’ to disallow the vendors from editing the order status from the vendor dashboard.
