Vendor or Product Review not working

  Hi,
  
  Once an order is placed, only a link is provided to add review only for the vendor – https://snipboard.io/JMFXCD.jpg
  After clicking on the link, it diverts us to the storefront page where we are faced with another issue. Instead of showing 5 stars, we are given a choice with 10 stars and these are two different 5 stars – https://snipboard.io/zoPGLF.jpg
  
  Regarding the product review we are not provided with any links to add them. I had to manually find the product and find the review section to add it. https://snipboard.io/pvM0wk.jpg
  
  But once I click “Submit” i get the following error – https://snipboard.io/DRdjpg.jpg

  We tried to recreate this on our end but didn’t face any such issues.

  It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.

  The vendor review is working.
  However, I did not see any mention regarding the Product Review.. Can you please check this part again – Thank you

  As we can see this is a product review, which gets carried out by WooCommerce. Anyway, this issue is not coming on our end too.
  
  It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.
  
  If the issue still persists then share the admin,ftp access. Also do not forget to mark the response as private while sharing the access.
