I want to update the report so that commission rate/monthly earnings and monthly sales is based on the product RRP. Is there a way how I can do that? Right now when product commission is applied, the report includes commission calculation. I want to do that based on product RRP no matter if any commission or coupon is applied. Please help me figure.

Hi, thank you for getting in touch with us.
The default flow of commission is as follows:
Admin can choose global commission which will be set for all vendors and they can also choose commission for per product for any vendor.
Commission value gets calculated on product price itself set by admin/vendors.
For example if the product price is 100 and vendor commission is set as 80% then vendor will receive rupees 80 and admin will receive rupees 20.

According to this flow commission is also shown in sales report.

However kindly explain what flow you are looking for so that we can assist you further.

Hi, I know the flow. You know that in wcmp there is an email called “Vendor orders stats report” which sends a weekly or monthly email to the vendors. I want to update the email so that commission rate/monthly earnings and monthly sales are based on the product RRP. So that if a global coupon is applied, the email can always calculate based on product retail price. Is there a way of doing that? Please let me know.

Please check the attached screenshot. I still want monthly sale and Monthly earning based on product retail price. Right now if a coupon is applied, it shows the value after reducing the coupon amount.
