I’m writing because in my WordPress site: regalosconproposito.com the vendor’s page doesn’t upload correctly, the products don’t appear, although they are there. It only uploads correctly after updating two-three times the page.

It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.

If the issue is still there, please create a staging site and share the admin access.
While sharing the access do not forget to mark the response as private.

Hi, I recorded the video. The issue doesn’t happen on the shop page, It happens on the vendors’ pages.

@Camilo Ruiz, it seems like the theme might have some configuration. The issue needs to be fixed by the theme.

Can you please send the theme author an email regarding this, keeping our email in the cc : contact@wc-marketplace.com
This way we can communicate with them directly.
