How to show vendor policies on wp-admin WCMp -> Vendors like we’ve tabs Personal, Store, Social, Shipping?

Hi, we have enabled policies on Admin end, but the vendors policies do not show on their storefront. How can I rectify this please?

At present we show the store settings details, social media settings. However, we are yet to add support for policy display for admin end.

If you are still facing issues, please do share a temporary admin and vendor access so we can check this in your site and while sharing the access please mark the reply as private.

Hi, thank you so much for looking at this for us. Unfortunately the developer has insisted the site is finished and will not amend anything else now so we are trying to fix all the issues we are having ourselves.
Can I just confirm with you, if I am to set the website to using a different theme now, will I loose all customisations?

Hello,

It seems to be some conflict with OnlyVe theme as when we changed the theme to default theme (twenty twenty) or DIVI theme on your site the policy is visible as you can see here (https://www.loom.com/share/01927102cc9d47deb8ba9bbf054422dc).

Kindly contact the OnlyVe theme developer regarding this issue and let us know if you need any assistance from our team.

We had to release the update i.e. 3.5.18 with some urgency, as there were some critical issues, that needed to be addressed and release the update. Hence we couldn’t start working on this.
