Hi,

I have been testing the vendor suspension. I suspended a vendor, then I set his user role to “Rejected Vendor” so he could re-apply.

After the vendor application was approved and activated; – the vendors products no longer appear on the vendor Storefront page.

The products do show up under his “All Products” section but do not show on the Storefront page.

How can I get the vendor products to re-appear on the Vendor Storefront page?

… I have tested this further and the vendor has added another product which was published by admin. This new product appears in the Vendor Storefront.

The storefront message says: Showing all 2 results

…but there is only 1 product displayed (the newly added one)

Event the Category of the product that does not show displays on the storefront but not the product itself?

The product is assigned to the Vendor.

Please help.

@DragNfLy, thanks for explaining the issue, we are able to recreate this on our end. We will fix this in our next update. You can track the progress of this issue here : https://github.com/wcmarketplace/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/issues/860

For now, you can follow this to fix this. If you know the products belong to this vendor, then go to wp-admin >> Products. Select the product and use bulk mode option to reassign that product to the vendors.

I look forward to this fix ; -the method of bulk mode update does not fix the issue though.

After selecting the vendor in bulk edit and updating; – the product still does not appear in the vendor storefront. On the all products page it does however say that the product has been allocated to the vendor. When checking the bulk mode product edit; – The vendor selection is blank and no vendor selected.

…also; – if i edit the product in normal edit mode and click the “Unassign Vendor” button and update; – then all the vendor products disappear from the vendor storefront; – not only the edited product >>> could be another bug.

So, it seems like your site-specific issue. please test the flow using only woocommerce, WCMp and addons.

Hi Moumita,

Thanks for the latest WCMp update this morning.

I can confirm that this issue is now resolved and all Vendor products are displayed on the Vendor Storefront.

The issue of all Vendor products disappearing after ‘Unassigning a Vendor” from a product from the post above in this thread > https://multivendorx.com/support-forum/topic/vendor-products-not-showing-on-storefront/#post-122278
…has also been solved by the latest update.
