I am using Amazon s3 and Offload Media plugin, and my vendors are not able to upload photos for the shop or banner. I was able to do it successfully in the staging site, which is not using Offload Media and S3. I saw others had issue with this in the past, but did not see the resolution. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It seems like this plugin’s content is also getting loaded on our pages. Can you please check one thing, whether there is any settings that can exclude some pages.

Hi there,

I’m not sure what you mean by content, because this plug-in just moves images on the backend. Is there something specific I’m looking for that you notice? In my staging site, the images were fine, and vendors can also upload media to products without issue. The problem occurs with their profile pictures and banner image in the store.
