Hello

Vendor questions written in Cyrillic (including Russian) are not sent to his admin panel. Only in Latin. Even if I write half of the text in Cyrillic and half in Latin, the question will come, but only in Latin, and what was written in Cyrillic will not come. If you write only in Cyrillic, then the request will not come at all and it seems that it will not even be sent.

I’ve tried this on two sites, staging and production.

I even tried switching different themes, but still nothing happens. Please see I recorded a video
