Hi,

I am using the Elementor WCMp Store Page Template.

I have “Buyers can rate and review vendor” enabled and “Only buyers, purchased from the vendor can rate” disabled. I have the “Store Rating” star rating widget on my storefront page as well as the “WCMp Vendor Review” widget.

I am however confused as to how a user can rate the vendor. There seems to be no form for this.

How do I enable the vendor review form?

Hi,
As per our default flow if you enabled vendor review https://scrnli.com/7hrMc8aCRo6Zkg then the customer can review that vendor ( customer can see https://scrnli.com/a5uf3u6wvo9jfr this from ). But the vendor can’t review on his own shop page.

Now in order to rate a vendor, user must be a customer of that vendor first. Then they can give vendor the review using the review tab : https://scrgrb.in/1bh1

Thank you for your reply. How can I as admin add a review to the Vendor without being a customer of the vendor so i can test and design the layout?

@Dal, without being a customer you can’t give a review.
So, you may purchase a product from a vendor, in order to test this.
