      Good day,

      I do not use the “Vendor Registration” Form. I use the “Apply to Become A Vendor” form. The form is displayed on the WCMp Dashboard page. This form changes with different user roles. My users are all ‘subscriber’ user role already so users do not have to enter your email address as you are already logged in.

      As per the above; – My user does not receive the email for > rejected vendor account
      Neither does the admin receive an email when the user re-applies.

      Does this need to be activated somewhere?

      We have tested it at our end and rejected mail is received by the vendor as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/y9q2wd)

      Regarding the other part, admin should receive an email when vendor reapplies. We will add this in our next update.

      Hi Moumita,

      I have just tested this again and my pending vendor is still not receiving the “Rejected Vendor Email”.

      This is happening for already logged in users.

      Dale, as you can see we are receiving the Rejected vendor mail :
      Approved mail : http://scrgrb.in/vfk
      Rejected mail : http://scrgrb.in/vfl

      Now as you are facing this issue on your end, it might be related to some conflict or custom code. Please keep only WooCommerce, WCMp activated and use the default woocommerce theme.

      After that check this again.
