im trying to create a Seller (vendor) and Seller Registration link in my menu and on/or on the topbar. The topbar link goes straight to my themes login area and the Seller registration link ive place on the nav menu is not just the link but the complete form is visible.

Can someone please share how to place these links so they go to the correct forms?

Hi,
As per our default flow we have a default shortcode

[vendor_registration]

Copy

Using this short code you can show the registration form on any page and also you can create the form from admin dashboard >> WCMp >> Settings >> Vendor >> Vendor Registration.

Hi,
our replies are inline : –
1) when inside vendor dashboard, when inside the billing area, just below connect with stripe button is a vendor registration form. seems to me that should not be there.

>> Seems like theme or plugins conflicts. kindly deactivate all plugins and change to a default theme then check your site. If working fine then activate all plugins one by one and find out the conflicted plugin.

2) after logging out of vendor area, i was taken to a page that included 3 login forms: login, register, and vendor registration form. please how do i fix this?

3) the last image is where my /my-account link i have in the topbar. as you can see the layout is not agreeable. where do i add css to this? normally id use the inspector but not able to as when im logged in as vendor it doesnt work. i just want to move the login button under the remember me checkbox area.

this is in response to #2:
i had both [wcmp_vendor] and [vendor_registration] shortcodes set in dashboard page. once i removed [vendor_registration] from dashboard page i no longer had the 3rd registration form. so thats good. however, the layout is still unacceptable. can you please advise how to fix this?
i need the 2 forms to be alongside each other.

id be eternally grateful.

Hi @Marion Nason, Thanks for getting in touch with us.

The fields of the login page come from WooCommerce (WCMp just displays the fields that WooCommerce uses for the login page) and the design of the login page comes from your theme. So can you please check the My Account/another login page on your site and check the design there too?

If you have the same structure there, it means the issues need to be fixed from your theme. If the designs are separate, then please do share a temporary admin and FTP access of your staging site so or team can look into this.

While sharing the access don’t forget to mark the response as private.

If the regular login, provides us the capability of admin area- we are fine with it. Please share the URL and FTP access- so that we could debug further.
Just a request- for any debugging, we always suggest to share staging/clone website details to avoid any data loss.
