Our specific vendor’s storefront is not displaying their product images correctly. To illustrate this, I will provide two links:

A storefront where the images are displayed extremely large and not aesthetically appealing: https://zaptly.com/vendor/geckokids/

Could you please assist us in understanding why this issue is occurring? Is it due to a setting that needs to be configured, or is it related to the image sizes? Both storefronts have images of the same size, so we are uncertain about the cause of the discrepancy.

Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end. It seems like there might be some theme/plugin conflict on your end. Just to be sure deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX on your end and also switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty four or storefront and check whether the issue still persists on your end.

If the issue still persist please do create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access of your staging site with us so that we can look into it and assist you accordingly.
While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.
