After a product is posted, instead of a list of Categories, it shows a box Category Hierarchy.
I need my vendors to chance the types of Categories. For example, I work with books and have 2 categories: Pre Sale and Release. I need my vendor to be able to change that.
How can I do that?

At present, admin can add the categories from the admin dashboard in your case Pre Sale and Release. Now, the vendor, while adding products from the vendor dashboard, will be able to select among only these categories added by the admin. A vendor cannot add a new category of his choice from vendor dashboard.

That’s exactly what a need: a vendor to be able to add and chance product categories.
I need to show the full Category box instead of Category Hierarchy.
Because the products in my store change from Pre Sale to New Release to Sale and I need the vendors to do that change by themselves.

WCMp does not allow the vendors to add categories from the vendor dashboard as that might create redundant categories for other vendors.
However, with custom coding you can add this functionality at your end.
