      Hi,

      One of my the vendor accounts can not add products getting the following error
      “No allowed Product types found. Please contact site administrator.”

      And then when I went to look into the setting which are usually located in the left Bar of WP-admin, I could not locate that…

      The registration page, vendor listings and individual store front pages have also been effected!

      May I know if you are looking for vendor type settings?
      With updated WCMp membership plugin the vendor type option has been removed and you have to create the membership plan under subscription product type.

      I will request you to check the membership plan from the product list as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/10uy83d) and see if you have allowed your vendors to add products as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/10uyapo).

      @waqas-4549, from our last update we are treating each vendor plan as a product type. So, you can access the plan from WP-admin >> Products >> Product Type -> WCMp Subscription.

      Thank you! Where can I see the updates which were conducted on the latest plugins?
      Also, I noticed that the storefront and store listing page layouts have been modified.
      I would like to know how to get the map feature on the store listings page as indicated in the screenshot.
      And also in the layout of the store fronts are all over the place, as shown in the screen shot the social media links are hidden in some corner and the review and phone number are not even displayed properly.

      Can you please advice me on how to fix these issues.

      Hello,

      With google API you can set the map feature as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/10w2rul).

      Regarding the other part, in order to see the phone number you have to add it from the vendor storefront then it will be visible. If your vendor have review then it will be visible as you can see here https://prnt.sc/10w3bly

      >> We will be adding this in our next update.
      You can get this from our github. So, download the the plugin from here – https://github.com/wcmarketplace/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/archive/master.zip, follow these steps :
      – Delete the installed WC Marketplace via wp-admin >> plugin
      – Unzip the GitHub plugin
      – Rename the folder as “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” and remove the master tag. Now, zip this folder again.
      – Install this plugin on your site.
      Please do keep us posted.

      Hi,

      The screenshots you sent are not working…
      Can you please attach the screenshots instead of sending as links?
      We have already entered the google API, but it is still not showing.
      Regarding the second concern about the storefront page layout, I know how to add the phone number – Please look at the screenshot attached, as shown the social media links are in the top corner while the rest of the text is not showing properly.

      Hi,

      I just saw the screenshot now, attached is that same screenshot with social media icons highlighted.
      Furthermore, the Vendor Registration form has also completely changed, is there a way we can get the old layout and design back as shown in the attached image.
      Similarly we would like to get the layout back of the store listing page (store fronts) as well.

      Regarding registration form, can you please explain to us with the help of screenshots about what all changes that you are seeing presently and what is the old layout that you are referring to so that we can guide you more efficiently.

      Regarding the other part, can you please explain which layout you want back for the store list page? Can you please explain with the help of a screenshot so that we can guide you more efficiently.

      Hello,

      In our latest version of both WCMp Vendor Membership and our core plugin, we have changed the layout of the membership list page and vendor list page.

      For the betterment of the plugin at times we do change the design and flow of the plugin. We mention the same in our changelog too.

      Regarding the variable product issue, we have found it at our end and we will fix it in our next update.

      @waqas-4549, each page has it’s own template. So you have to override that template and modify this as per your need.

      Where can I locate those settings? And how do I bring back my old layouts…

      As per my previous replies,
      I am sharing a screen share of the vendor registration because when I tried to register as a vendor just a few minutes ago, I found that the account created was for a customer rather than a vendor as shown in the following screen share. This was also working before the update.

      To modify the membership plan page you have to edit the below template
      Override this template by copying it to your

      theme/wcmp-vendor-membership/wcmp-vendor-membership_template_vendor_plan.php
      Copy

      To modify the vendor list page template, Override this template by copying it to your

      theme/dc-product-vendor/shortcode/vendor-list.php
      Copy

      Regrading the membership plan issue video that you have shared, Can you please confirm if you have tested it with an existing vendor or with a new user. So that we will test it in the same way on your site.

      Regarding the other part, our team has started working on it and it will be fixed by next week.

      Our team need to test the same issue on your site. In order to detect the issue we need to deactivate themes and plugin in your site.
      Kindly confirm us if we can test it in the site access shared in this thread.

      Hello,

      We have tested it at your end and initially the user wcmp1 was created with role as customer then after applying for a membership plan his role changed to vendor as you can see here https://www.loom.com/share/b80369a91e794f958ac8602e37de0027

      While testing we have kept only WCMp + WCMp addons + woocommerce plugin activated.

      It seems to be some conflict with any 3rd party plugin that you are using. In order to detect which plugin is causing conflict- please activate each plugin consecutively and check the flow.
      It is suggested to please perform these tests on your staging website and keep us posted with the outcome.
