Hi there
The plan is that if a new vendor makes an account, he first has to get manually accepted by the admin. I set it up like this (screenshot), but somehow the vendors get their account created immediately after they payed for their subscription. Is there a way to fix this? Or did I miss something?

Hi, Thank you for getting in touch with us.
We will definitely help you out.
But we needed a small confirmation whether you are using WCMp Vendor Membership for adding vendors.-

Hi Nick, our replies are inline :
– Yess I have activated the WCMP Vendor Membership Addon ( screenshot). We want it like this: The vendor can make a new account by himself and choose a vendor membership plan. After he made the account, payed the fee and got accepted by the admin, he then should be able to choose his products and add them to his shop. Its important that the vendor has to get accepted by the admin, otherwise it will be full chaos.
>> please use the updated version of WCMp Vendor Memberhsip.\
After that add this code in the function.php of the current theme :add_filter(‘admin_has_given_capability_to_approve_vendor’, ‘__return_false’);
– But here is another problem. We transfered our old shop from shopify to wordpress. So all products are already existing and got transfered from shopify to woo. If a vendor chosses a product which already exist, the existing product get duplicated and has to get accepted by the admin. Is it possible that the vendor can just add his already existing products and has to wait for verification by the admin, without the existing product getting duplicated? Each vendor has his own product category with all the items, so the best thing would be a import of all products in a product category, which the admin just has to confirm. But I didnt saw an option like this. Thanks a lot for your help and I hope, that I my explanation isnt to chaotic.
>> Yes, that is possible. Just ask your vendor to export their products from Shopify. Then use our import option to import the product. Just make sure our addon WCMp Advance Frontend Manager is active.

The problem is, that the old shopify site wasnt a multivendor website. Therefore the vendors can’t export the products by themself. We also don’t want, that the vendors can import products by themselves, because we already have exported and imported all products from shopify to wordpress and it would end in chaos. Is there another solution to this problem?

Nick, in that case as an admin you can assign vendor to it’s product using Bulk Edit mode, as you can see in this video https://watch.screencastify.com/v/iE4VFcDdowD99ylfY2LK
Let us know if you need any further help.
