Hi there, we run a e-commerce site where we take a 12.5% cut of the products that the vendors host on our site.

The issue we are having is that the vendors are receiving the wrong amount each time, so I was wondering if you could help and make sure that we have the right details in place so that they get the correct amount – for example, a £10 sale should leave the partner with £8.75, and us with £1.25 (not including stripe fees)

I have attached a screenshot for what we currently have in place, so please let me know where we are going wrong.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch with us.
As we can see from your screenshot you’ve set the commission mode as “Admin” which means the admin will receive 87.5% of the total commission. In order to pay the vendors 87.5% of the commission either set the commission mode as “Vendor Commission” (see screenshot- https://prnt.sc/KSyyGXbiEsJF ) or set the Admin commission as 12.5% (see screenshot- https://prnt.sc/GlsoB4KWfFTO )
