the vendors have a problem with resetting your password. The link that is sent to you does not work. So there is no way for the vendor to request a new one if the password is lost!

How can I make it so that the vendor can send itself or determine a new password?

Hello thank you for getting in touch with us.
The password reset field comes from WooCommerce My Account page, hence this is coming from WooCommerce. Having said that please note there is no such issue as you can see here : https://www.loom.com/share/6cb301f94bff46779fed53647df93773

So, there might be some plugin/theme conflict. It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.
If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.
