      Hello again,
It is been a while since this issue but after having it here: https://multivendorx.com/support-forum/topic/vendors-list-filtering/
Now, unfortunately, I am still facing this issue with my website.
I am currently on Woocommerce 6.2.0, WCMP 3.8.8, and WordPress 5.9.
Is there any way that can be fixed?

      Hello again,
Do we have any updates on this issue?
Because I am up to date and I am still seeing the same issue mentioned above plus now whenever I am getting on the page to see all of my vendors first I get a 500 error and after a refresh, I can do whatever I want in there.
I am waiting for your reply.
      Thank you in advance.
      Lina

LM, our team will fix the issue regarding Vendor List in our next update i.e. 3.8.11

Regarding the 500 error, can you create a staging site and share the admin, FTP access so we can check.

While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.

LM. thanks for the ftp access.

I checked your log, here is the error

[15-Mar-2022 15:10:21 UTC] PHP Fatal error: The allowed memory size of 402653184 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 131072 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/unboxmygift.com/staging.unboxmygift.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5212
[15-Mar-2022 15:10:21 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0
      Copy

You need to increase the memory limit. For this please do follow guidelines: https://www.groovypost.com/howto/howto/how-to-solve-php-fatal-error-allowed-memory-size-of-8388608-bytes-exhausted/

      I see.
      Ok great!
I am going to talk to my hosting provider and if needed I will come back to you.
      Thank you for your help!
