1) Vendors are trying to register and coming through as Buyers or sometimes as customers
>> We’ve reviewed the vendor registration flow on our end and did not encounter the issue you described. Please try the following steps on your end:Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, and MultiVendorX Pro.
Switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront.
If the issue persists, please create a staging site that mirrors your live site exactly. Share the URL of the staging site, along with temporary admin and FTP access, so we can investigate and assist you further. When providing access, make sure to mark your reply as private.
2) Can you suggest any search widget which allows to search by tags for the products?
>>To add the “Products by Tag” widget, follow these steps:–Go to your admin dashboard.
–Navigate to Appearance > Widgets.
–Search for the widget titled “Products by Tag” (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/WM6P_nch9deV) and add it to your desired widget area.

Regarding the widget you mentioned, it appears that the widget you mentioned is actually part of your theme.
So we recommend reaching out to your theme’s support team for guidance on this matter. They will be able to assist you accordingly with your requirement. -
