1. Video for a merchant store page: For example, setting the page width to 1500 pixels will cause the video to not fit the width. The black lining is visible. Can you please tell me how to display the video in full width?

2. How to loop a video on a seller’s store page? Now it is played 1 time, and then an offer of other videos from YouTube appears.

3. Youtube markers on the seller’s store page: Please tell me how to get rid of them?
For example: I use woodmart on the product page (link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xX15HVqLxfvwhbKmOE5du0-P6tE9WiUE/view?usp=sharing) https://pappel.store/shop/man/blue – down jacket / it can be seen that the creators of the theme made it so that the inserted video does not have YouTube markers – it just plays and loops. Please tell me how to remove the markers from the seller’s store page.?

I use template 02, in the mobile version of the video too: there is no looping – it is played only 1 time. Markers are visible. The video does not overlap or center.

5 I tested this with the Storefront theme, mobile version – the video doesn’t display correctly.

>>There is no such option in MultiVendorX to add video of a product that will be shown on the product page. There is only option to add product image.
You are probably using some third party plugin for which you are getting the add video option for products.
So kindly reach out to the team who are responsible to achieve this feature. They will be able to help you accordingly in this regard.

Thanks for checking this out on your end. I think this is due to the fact that you are using the StoreFront theme. Indeed, when using the StoreFront theme, there is no problem with the black sides of the video. But if you use another theme that allows you to choose the width of the site display, as in my case I chose a width of 1500 pixels, it will turn out that the video is displayed in a banner of 1200 pixels in width, and the rest will be replaced by black sides.

Please tell me if it is possible for you to change the width of the displayed embedded video to a width of 1600 pixels. Perhaps there is a code snippet for this?

As far as I understand, now the setting for the video banner is 1200 pixels.

@l.gan We checked this on our end with other themes than Storefront and yes we are able to recreate this on our end too.
Actually the banner size is set by the theme. So the video looks as per the width set by the theme.
Still our team will look into this if we can help you regarding this.

1. Please tell me, does the video insert work only for YouTube?
Is it possible to make this compatible with the https://rutube.ru/ platform?
>> Currently there is only support for inserting youtube video links for vendor store banners.
Now if you want to add support for the above -mentioned platform, you will have to do that via custom code only.
2. Is it possible to add the ability to select the beginning and end of the video for looping?
>>I am afraid there is no such option to add the ability to select the beginning and end of a video for using that for looping. The whole video will be played in a loop.
3. Is there a way to force the video to load immediately with maximum quality, or at least 1080? For example, I get the quality of a bad video from YouTube.
>> The video will be of the same quality that you are copying from YouTube. I am afraid that there is no way to control video quality here either.
