Hello,
I have setup multivendorX. My business model is. I am selling LPG cylinders. I am selling to my distributor on a fixed price and then my distributor is selling to their dealers and dealers are selling it in retail.

I want to setup my store in such a way that: For example :
1) distributor buys from me at Rs. 1,500/-
2) distributor sells to dealer at Rs 1,600/-
3) dealer sells to customer at Rs 1,700/-

How do I setup this at my store, it is a single product but different pricing for all.
Distributors are only allowed to sell dealers for their particular areas/zones only.

I also want to set in such a way that, when someone sells the cylinder, he should be able to enter the quantity sold and also be able to enter the empty cylinder count as well.

Please suggest

@d1 Thanks for getting in touch with us.
As you know WooCommerce allows two things that are – the admin can add and sell products and customers can buy those products.
Now our plugin MultiVendorX allows you to add an additional role that is vendor. The vendor can add products and if a vendor products get sold then the admin receives a commission for that.
Now in your case the distributor can be added as vendors but for the dealers, currently there is no such supported role.
However you can add this extra role by doing custom code. If you have any developer we can guide them with this.

Thanks for replying, understood your point. I want to ask 2 more things.

1) Which is the best supporting plugin for role based pricing. I want my vendors to have different pricing for different roles, for example wholesaler, retailer etc. Please guide me how do I do this

2) Previously I had installed some other multivendor plugins, i have deleted it but I think some files are not deleted completely from the back end, can you help me with this as well. Due to which multivendorX is not working fine. I am facing difficulties in viewing the vendor front end dashboard from the vendor account.

@d1 Our replies are inline with your queries –

>>There are a lot of role based plugins in the market but as we have not tested any of them with MultiVendorX hence we can not suggest you one.

>> As much as we want to help you out, but we are not aware of their plugin structure. However, if there are any files remaining, then the best way of deleting those is to delete the plugin from the FTP.

Regarding the vendor dashboard issue, can you please share a video to explain the issue. This way we can assist you further.
