After updating WCMp to 3.6 I can’t activate WCMp Catalog Enquiry pro. After entering API key and product id and Save changes, status is Deactivated.
I got the notice message

‘The Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry Pro API Key has not been activated, so the plugin is inactive! Click here to activate Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry Pro.’

I tried to disable/enable the plugin. I’m using the version of plugin which @Raju sent me on January 4, 2021 at 6:01 https://multivendorx.com/support-forum/topic/wcmp-catalog-enquiry-activation-problem/#post-112970

So, deactivate the key from here https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-keys/ and then activate that again.

I tried to deactivate on wc-marketplace.com/my-account/api-keys/ and activate through /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wcmp-license-admin&tab=wc_am_client_6844_dashboard and has the same problem.
You can see on wc-marketplace.com/my-account/api-keys/ another date of activation (the same website which we use).

WCMp Catalog Enquiry Pro is disabled on the staging site (dev.domain) but I found when I enable AFM plugin and activate it on the staging site it uses one more license, please look at /my-account/api-keys/

Are you sure that the problem isn’t caused by the version of the plugin – January 4, 2021 at 6:01 ?

@Ivan Gacesa, the issue is fixed. Kindly follow this procedure :
– Deactivate the plugin and activate this again.
– Now activate the key.

Let us know if this fixed the issue.

You also deactivated AFM on my-account/api-keys/, but the same procedure, deactivate plugin, activate and apply license also works.
