I have the same problem as many others.
I cannot activate the addon. The free WCMp Catalog Inquiry plug-in is installed in the current version and also the current version of the pro plug-in. Reinstallation does not help, deactivation and activation does not help.
I wrote the API key and Product ID in the activation fields, but the API Key Status is “Deactivated”

You maybe solved this bug already, but the answers in other topics are marked as “private”, this is NOT really helpful.
So, what is the solution?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Based on your confirmation via email, hopefully the addon is activated and working fine. When a solution is helpful for the entire community, we share it publicly. Regarding the private message- actually when ever any messages contains user’s confidential information (website details and ftp/cpanel etc), to maintain the data privacy, we always keep the thread private.
