Hi, I’m using the ‘Stripe for Woocommerce’ plugin to take payments from customers to admin. The WCMp documentation says ‘As WCMp is an extension of WooCommerce any WooCommerce compatible payment gateway is allowed on your site.’ shown here https://multivendorx.com/knowledgebase/payment/. I want to use the Stripe payment gateway to take customer payments and send out vendor payments.

However, it looks like the ‘Stripe for Woocommerce’ plugin is not compatible with the WCMp Stripe gateway. When I try to test the ‘Stripe for Woocommerce’ plugin while WCMp Stripe Gateway is enabled, the connection to Stripe fails. However if I disable WCMp Stripe Gateway then ‘Stripe for Woocommerce’ plugin connection to Stripe is successful. I need to enable WCMP Stripe Gateway in order to pay vendor commissions, so I need both WCMp and ‘Stripe for Woocommerce’ plugin enabled at the same time.

From the logs it shows WCMp stripe gateway is loading an older version of the stripe library and it’s being loaded first so it takes precedence over the ‘Stripe for Woocommerce plugin’ library. This implies WCMp need to update their stripe PHP library version in their plug-in so that it is still compatible with other payment plugins.

Do WCMp need to update their stripe PHP library version? And if so when will this be done? Or perhaps do you have another recommended solution.

Hi,
Split payments are only possible with wcmp stripe marketplace plugin. If a customer do payment through wcmp stripe then only money will split. If the customer will pay through woocommerce stripe then it will not work.
