      Hello

      I have a problem with the pluggin wcmp paypal marketplace, the button for Paypal link work but the button for Credit Card doesnt work well, it open the page to put the card info but when you click to valid the order a red alert triangle appears and doesnt go trough the card payement.
      Multiples cards that work fine have been used for the tests and every possible way of settings available in “wcmp paypal”.

      Okay no staging solution for me atm my old solution doesnt work anymore so i cant share acces but to be fair i dont like the way cb works on paypal to complicated for customers.
      Then i went with the old solution stripe + paypal then
      but now stripe doesnt seems to work now, an error message says “moyens de paiement non valide” but the card work fine everywhere else.
      the vendor is on “all above payement” connected to stripe and paypal and the marketplace are well connected to paypal and stripe wi keys, api and url redirect

      @James, in that case, we need to see the log file of stripe. Can you access FTP and goto WCMp stripe plugin folder? There you can see a file called log. Share that file with us, so we can check the error message of stripe.

      Alternatively, you can share a temporary admin,FTP access so we can check too.
      While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.
