      Hi there,
your report section (overview section) is not working correctly somehow. You can see ‘Net sales’ and ‘My Earnings’ amounts for last month and the current month, ‘last 7 days’ or the custom section is showing the same amount as current month though and isn’t updating at all. Furthermore, the ‘Net Sales’ value for the current month is significantly different (higher in my case) than in the WooCommerce report section. The WC report is correct though, I checked it. I really hope your commission calculations are correct.
Did you check that at your end yet? Is it counting failed and pending orders as well? Thanks and Happy New Year!

      Hello Beats24-7,

Thank you for sharing the detailed video.

We have tested it at our end and it is working fine as you can see here (https://www.loom.com/share/2f7b12218d2c4f458a20d0271b6f0b81).

According to the flow, this month starts from January 1st, 2021 and the last 7 days will include 30th and 31st December, 2020 till 5th January, 2021.
Now I would request you to create a new order and check if the values are coming correct or not.

      Kindly keep us posted.

      Hi,
thanks for your reply. However, you didn’t check it correctly. As you can see from my video and my explanation your reports include failed and pending payments. You only have tested it with 1 single completed order… Furthermore, you didn’t check the custom section at all.
As you can see from my video, WooCommerce is showing the correct numbers and your report section does not. Thanks again.

We are testing it at our end and we will update you within a day.

    • #113178

      Hello,

WCMp reports only calculated the order that are marked complete and In processing and also the tax is not included in the sales amount as the tax needs to be paid off so that is not included whereas Woocommerece reports calculate all the order (On hold as well) so that makes the difference in the net sale amount.

I will request you to check the same at your end and let us know.

      Hi,
sorry, but this is just plain wrong. There is no tax setting enabled in our store. Furthermore, WC does not calculate on hold or failed/cancelled orders. If it would be the case, the amount in the WC reports would be higher. It isn’t though, your report numbers are higher so maybe your plugin does that… The WC calculated amounts are absolutely correct but your’s are not.

Anyways, is there a way to show commissions for all vendors in a more compact way or generate a monthly payout csv file? It isn’t possible to see all commissions for all vendors on one screen and your list is very bulky if you have many vendors: http://www.prnt.sc/x8c5u8
With EDD for example it was possible to generate a clean and easy table (or payout csv file) so you can overview the commissions for a whole month: http://www.prnt.sc/x8cobv

      Thanks

      >> I understand your end. However, as we are not able to face any issue on our end. Hence can you share temporary admin access so we can check.

      Hi there,
      1. Ok, a commissions overview page for a certain time period would be great.

      2. I just updated to 3.5.17 and your update details log shows that the update fixes an issue in the WooCommerce report section that “if WCMp is installed, the WC section doesn’t show refunded orders correctly”. After the update, it shows wrong numbers now though…
I have one refunded order this month http://www.prnt.sc/y2bqtl, and WC now shows the parent order and sub order as refunded, so 2 orders in total. It’s just 1 order though… It also added the sales amount of the sub order and parent order together now… http://www.prnt.sc/y2b7af
Furthermore, the refunded amount ($25.90) also has been added to the ‘net and gross sales’ of this period in the WC reports section. Your update just made everything worse!

-> Why is WCMp messing with the WC reports stats anway..? Please check this at your end and fix it asap! Thank you!

PS: I downgraded to your previous version and the refunded orders are back to only 1, however, the WC reports section doesn’t show the amount ($12.95) http://www.prnt.sc/y2goa7. The ‘gross sales’ and ‘net sales’ are still wrong though and the refunded amount is still added to these amounts. It looks like your plugin is not reporting refunded orders correctly and WC still seems them as completed orders too. Please fix these issues asap! Thank you.

Hello, thank for reporting this issue.
We have also found the issue in net gross sales in woocommerece reports. You can track the progress if the fix from here https://github.com/wcmarketplace/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/issues/644

      Hello,
      alright, thank you.

I just found another error that you introduced with one of your updates. Your plugin is showing completely wrong and insanely high numbers for the amount of products each vendor has… http://www.prnt.sc/yqswjc
Can you please check this at your end and fix this again as well please? Looks like your plugin is grabbing wrong data from somewhere… This was working fine a few weeks ago when I last checked it. If you click on the number of products it’s working fine but the list in the vendor section is just wrong.

      Hello,

We have tested it at our end and it is working fine as you can see here https://www.loom.com/share/c82aac8bf5ab4bc18dd9d38e839fe4e1

Kindly check if you are using the updated version of WCMp plugin version 3.5.17 and see if you are still facing any issue.

      Hello,
I cannot update to that version because it breaks the WooCommerce report section (refunded orders issue). You need to fix that issue first so I am still using 3.5.16.

    • #115451

@Beats, the report section will be fixed in our next update. This will be released in our next update, hopefully within next week.

      Hi there,
your update says the isse is fixed now but it’s not. It still counts parent and sub orders of a refunded order as single orders and adds them together in value! http://www.prnt.sc/1016ei8 It should be only $12.95 and not $25.90! Can you please fix this? Thanks

PS: The WC reports section will be replaced by the WC Analytics section sometime soon afaik, and returns (refunds) are not shown there at all? http://www.prnt.sc/1016ico

      any update?

    • #116324

We have already fixed this issue in our latest version. Kindly update the plugin to the latest version 3.5.18

No, you have NOT fixed the issue in 3.5.18. I have updated to this version and the WC reports still counts the parent and sub order as single orders, hence you will receive twice the amount shown as refunded! http://www.prnt.sc/1016ei8 It should be only $12.95 and not $25.90. Please check and fix this.

This issue is also affecting other plugins such as our FOMO popup plugin. It now shows all parent orders and sub orders, so everything twice… Please fix this issue with parent/sub orders so they are not recognized as single individual orders for other plugins such as WooCommerce, notificationx, etc…

      Hello,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Our team is looking to it and will update you by tomorrow.

    • #116668

We have tested it at our end and its working fine as you can see here

      https://www.loom.com/share/2aa325689193450fb024bd4fb09bd3f1

Kindly check if you are using the updated version of WCMp plugin 3.5.18

The analytics report is coming from woocommerce. We have tested the analytics report even after deactivating the WCMp plugin the issue exists.
So we are unable to understand whether this issue is related to WCMp.

According to the issue faced by you, we have not made any changes in our order section. So you might have to do some custom coding at your end to make it compatible with WCMp plugin. If you need any help with functions then our team will help you accordingly.
