We are getting an error when saving shipping details in My Account when the Stripe Marketplace plugin is installed. I found documentation in your support forums a while back that detailed a similar issue and support mentioned that stripe had been integrated with WCMp core. The issue is resolved when disabling the WCMp Stripe Marketplace plugin.

1. What are we missing out on when not using this plugin? It seems like it’s still being sold on your website but we’re confused that there is a conflict. We are not using any other Stripe plugins with Woocommerce.

2. If there should not be a conflict, can we have this looked into?

Hi,
We tried to recreate this on our end with stripe plugin activated but didn’t face any such issues.

It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp, WCMp Stripe Marketplace and check again.
If the issue is still there, switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty and check again.
Also if the issue still remains kindly create a staging site and share the admin,ftp access.
Please note do not forget to mark the response as private while sharing the access.

We were able to resolve this issue by deactivating the WooCommerce Stripe plugin.
