      Dear ladies and gentlemen,

How can we know what we must pay the Seller, and what we must collect?

We do not know where we can find that information.

We enclose an image, so that you let us know if it is ok, taking into account that our Sellers will charge 90%, and Calzadium 10%.

Thank you very much for your help.

      Yours Sincerely,

      Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

By admin fee, when the admin receives payment he/she will deduct a portion of the vendor’s payment as the Admin fee and send the rest of it to the vendor.
By vendor commission, the vendor would receive his share of commission from the product sale payment and leave the rest of it to the admin.

Now, according to the screenshot shared by you, if you choose vendor commission, then the vendor is charging 90% of the cost of the product as commission and admin will get the 10% of the product as commission.
You can also refer to our knowledge base document (https://multivendorx.com/knowledgebase/commision/) which will help you further.

      Dear ladies and gentlemen,

Thanks for your information. Still, I still have some doubts (even after carefully reading the tutorial on commissions.

      I have modified the method of charging commissions, for the Administrator’s Commission, but my question is the following;

When the buyer customer makes the purchase, the system with the global system selected by me … does the partitions automatically, including taxes?

      Example

A pair of women’s shoes cost € 100 (Tax included)

      Option 1
€ 90 will go to the Seller (taxes included)
€ 10 will go to Calzadium (taxes included)

      Option 2
      100: 1.21 = 82.645 € Price without tax (21% in Spain)
€ 74.3805 will go to the Seller (plus taxes)
€ 8.2645 will go to Calzadium.com (plus taxes)

It is important for us to know if the system manages the commissions using Option 1 or Option 2, to administratively control operations.

Similarly, I would like to know if the system manages supplier invoices by itself, or through the WCMp PDF Invoice plugin.

      Awaiting your comments.

      Yours Sincerely,

      Ricardo Trenado

      Hello,

By default the taxes collected will go to the admin. Now if you want it to go to the vendor then you can set it from admin dashboard >> WCMp >> settings >> payment as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/ztiu62).

May I know by Managing supplier invoice what do you mean ? Can you please explain to us in detail with a screenshot or example so that we can guide you more efficiently?

      Hello,

In WCMp vendor can check his commission from vendor dashboard as you can see here https://prnt.sc/100sz2h and admin can check the commission earned by the vendor from WCMP >> commission as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/100t2ub)

Regarding the other part, kindly check the reply from here https://multivendorx.com/support-forum/topic/variation-error-does-not-allow-to-create-them/#post-116004
