we don’t understand about “Approve Vendor”

      We need help, there is something we don’t understand about “Approve Vendor”
      We do not understand to which email the emails are sent to approve the vendors

      We review this, but it is not insufficient, it does not tell us that small detail

      – To which email do notifications from new vendors arrive?
      – Can we assign a specific email for this?

      Hello @IKY, Thanks for getting in touch with us.
      As soon as a user registers on the site through the vendor registration form an email to approve that vendor application goes to the email associated with the admin account(https://prnt.sc/c-GkutiR1UNr).
      To update the admin’s email, simply navigate to the admin dashboard, then go to Users and select All users. Once there, choose the admin user and enter the desired email address for the admin account(https://prnt.sc/lLrjqlZRJBNF). From then on, all admin emails will be sent to this email address.

      But, don´t you think, the system must have a preliminary “thanks, we received your apply, please wait for the admin to confirm” email ?
      Because until you approve it, the system is completely silence which creates some kind of guessing (and potentially support tickets from people thinking that they didn´t applied correctly)

      As soon as a user registers via the vendor registration form they get redirected to the vendor dashboard where they get the message about their successful application (https://prnt.sc/vGxlOWkwTuGJ). They get the same notification in the My account page (https://prnt.sc/lMdIFk8iyZM2) and also receive mail regarding the same. So there should not be any confusion among the users.
      Also after the approval from the admin they receive a mail regarding their approval too(https://prnt.sc/CsPKCgeGGkpD).

      Oh, then the problem must be in our system with SMTP or something because we see the dashboard redirection but not the email (?)

      It appears that your server might be blocking these emails. Please reach out to your server team for assistance with this issue. In the meantime, to review the triggered emails, consider installing a plugin such as “Email Log” on your end and monitor the sent emails from there.
