Webhooks and Membership recurring payment doesn’t work

      Hi

      I set up the webhooks according to this guide. https://multivendorx.com/knowledgebase/wcmp-stripe-split-payments/#nav-4 Sadly the recurring payments still don’t work and the webhook still has an error rate of 30%. If someone trys to sign up as a new vendor and chooses the recuring plan, the payment doesnt process and loads infinitly long, without anything happening. What I’m also wondering, why I cant change the Stripe Charges Settings ( Screenshot)

      please make sure while creating the webhook, you have selected all the events for that webhook.

      The issue is related to your API key.

        Thanks for your reply. I watched your video and you bought the “quartal subscription”. This isnt a reccuring subscription though, I checked it again in the backend. “Test-Subscription” is a recurring subscription, which I also used in my video. This recurring subscription still doesnt work.

        Thanks! But do you have a solution for this problem? Im generally confused because the vendor which you subscribed, isn’t shown in my stripe backend. No test payment got through.

      Hi,
      Kindly note that when we added vendor through membership it means the money has been deducted from stripe account because we got the acknowledgement from stripe.

      However as you cannot see the payment , that might be due to the fact that your site still has our sandbox stripe account added. we have added our stripe account, so kindly add your own stripe account and check again.

      Kindly note that this is not an issue.
      Since you are from Europe you have to activate SCA option from WCMp payment settings.
