      Hi! It’s not clear to me how to manage this normal situation.
      A customer can buy from several stores and pay in one time for all?
      Example:
      I add to the basket 1 trousers, 1 teabag and 1 toilet paper. The first store has paypal, the second one has bank transfer adn last one is pickup… Then? Can I pay only one time for all stores?
      Can you help me, please? Thank you

      Misunderstanding. If I want the customer pays a vendor directly with a bank transfer and the others with paypal is possible?

      Is there a way that the customer can pay all the vendors independently? Both online and offline payments
      Example: a customer buys an item that will be paid for with paypal and one that will be picked up in the store (or bank transfer). How does the marketplace manage it?

      Hi,
      Let me assist you with the flow:
      For bank transfer-
      Bank Transfer is always a manual process. So whenever bank transfer is selected for customer payments,customer needs to pay the admin manually.
      Once admin will get paid, then according to the disbursement schedule (https://prnt.sc/sJ1xJef2iGUI) vendors get their commission paid in their selected payment mode (https://prnt.sc/wBQNXSOgHsyg)

      Now regarding PayPal, there is two payment option
      Via Woocommerce Paypal (https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/ ) –
      This is woocommerce payment mode therefore customer pays the admin directly. Then admin can pay their vendors as per the schedule has been set via WCMp>Settings>Payments (https://prnt.sc/S5qSkg1FF8ng )

      WCMp Paypal Marketplace (https://multivendorx.com/product/wcmp-paypal-marketplace/ )-
      According to WCMp Paypal, whenever a customer pays the amount it gets transferred directly to vendors from checkout page. For this reason, both admin and vendor must have their own paypal account where they will receive their part of the commission.

      Now,
      If you select WCMp paypal as your payment method for one vendor then all the vendors must have the same payment method otherwise customers will face an error on the checkout page.

      But if you use Woocommerce payment method then your vendors can choose any payment method and customer will be able to pay via any payment method.

      Also you can set restrictions to your site i.e, you can enable only one vendor’s order to be purchased at a time. This way one vendor can use Paypal and another bank transfer.

      This is sooo confusing for me.
      If I have a vendor who accept ONLY paypal and a vendor who accept ONLY stripe. What plugin I have to choose?
      And can the vendors send emails to the customers with their iban for the direct offline payment?

      Here is what i precisaly need.
      Vendors must have a direct paying relationship with customers. Same for offline payments so the vendor must be able to communicate with the customer about iban and order status.
      For the online payments the question above remains.

      Is there a chat or a faster way to talk? This way I’ll never be able to solve …

      >> That is absolutely okay. This means, each vendor can select their own stripe/PayPal account.

      Now once an order will be placed, as per our schedule i.e. https://prnt.sc/sJ1xJef2iGUI, WCMp will ask vendor’s selected payment mode (i.e. atripe and PayPal) to pay that vendor.
      Therefore, each vendor will be paid in their own payment account.

      I tried some tests but with no results in the second part. How to active the automatic payments from me to the vendors?
      And what if the vendors have paypal and stripe? wwhat plugin I have to choose?

      When I try to buy from 2 different store I get this:

      And in any case I have no emails and no thank you page after the purchase

      Unfortunately, nothing works.
      We did four test shops (two added from the main one and two made from scratch).
      1- The accounts are all live but after a while the site does not work and gives an error as if it were in TEST.
      2- There are stripe linking errors with store accounts that keep logging out after 1, 2 days.
      3- When you go to pay, the site does not redirect, in the event of an error, to an information page so it is not possible to know whether the payment was successful or not.
      I attached video and image.
      To this day I am paying for services that ARE NOT WORKING. Please fix the platform and do all the necessary checks to make everything working, it has been TOO MUCH time! Please try with real orders and money (minimum possible), I will refund you. Because if it works in test but then switching to live does not work, is impossible to go on!

      @artweb.frog, I have disabled some plugins and now the order is placed. Kindly enable one disabled plugin at a time to check which plugin in causing this issue.

      We are looking into why the commission is not paid.

      I can’t pay for this vendor, as these vendors are outside the USA and our test accounts are located in EU.

      Can you please add your stripe’s test account and check one such order again.

      You might need to enable some page builder plugins.

      I found the problem!!!
      The stores keep disconnecting from STRIPE for no reason. That’s probably why the split doesn’t work.

      @artweb.frog, yes you are right. As each connection mode has its own access, hence vendor needs to connect their account with that connect mode i.e. test or live.
