When you mark paid in commissions it does not show up in withdrawals from sellers.
And in the seller’s banking overviews he still sees an amount available, yet in the seller’s commission retaits the commissions have been paid.
Please help us solve the problem, several sellers do not understand and continue to claim an amount that has already been paid.

When any commission is marked paid it will be visible in stats/report >> banking overview as you can see here (https://www.loom.com/share/e3768dfc970f410ab121fce4e3bcf4fc)

Under withdrawal, you will only see those commissions for which you can request for withdrawal and not the commissions that are already paid.

What I want you to understand is that the debits are not displayed in the bank overview.
It has no traces in the bank preview and also the available balance in the bank preview shows the last amount paid instead of marking the real amount.

In the Debit section the amount can be seen only when there will be a refund as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/10muxgx).

In order to check the commission payment, kindly check the credit section and check the status section as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/10mva1l).
